Important Notice from Your Board: Club Meeting Meal PaymentPlease remember that dinner bookings and cancellations must be completed by midday of the Friday preceding our Monday meeting. The caterer requires numbers on Friday afternoon, and alterations after this time create many issues for all concerned. The Club is endeavouring to keep expenses for members to a minimum, and as such, dinner prices are set with minimal leeway. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months, the club has absorbed some extra expenses due to cancellations, and we are not able to allow this to continue. Whilst we understand that unexpected emergencies (ill health, etc.) can always occur, in which case we should be able to cancel your booking and not incur a charge. Late cancellations will generally result in a charge to the club, you will be asked to pay for your booking in these cases. |
